MaryJaneLounge is a compliance management platform for cannabis consumption lounge operators. The Service provides tools for tracking customer consumption limits, monitoring air quality, managing licenses, and generating compliance reports. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding cannabis operations. You will not: (a) use the Service to facilitate illegal activity; (b) attempt to circumvent compliance limits or falsify records; (c) share your account with unauthorized users; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the Service, including customer check-in records, consumption amounts, and inventory data. The Service provides compliance tools and alerts but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for meeting all applicable regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
